The Versitiliy of Toyota
Car enthusiasts, a family of eight, and even your mechanic can surely appreciate a Toyota engine. Toyota has arguably manufactured and defined some of the best engines in the world of automation.
Toyota has balanced reliablilty and affordability without the cost of speed, power and tunability. Whether you prefer comfort, aesthetics, or a bit of both, Toyota has the interior for you.

Let's first take a look under the hood of some of mine and the world's favorite Toyotas.
- 2JZ
- Any JDM enthusiast would agree that the 2JZ is one of the most legendary engines. Produced in powerhouses such as the Supra, it's known for it's longevity and tunability.
It's durable cast-iron block could support over 900+ horsepower. The 2JZ comes in two models:
- A naturally aspirated 2JZ-GT.
- And the twin-turboed 2JZ-GTE.
- 1UZ-FE
- Although the 1UZ is not as powerful as the 2JZ, it served as one of the best V8 luxury engines for Toyota and its' luxury line, Lexus. It is the perfect balance between power and practicality.
Its brings decent fuel economy, smoothness, and an expected lifetime of up to 400,000 miles.
